Building Singapore's Valuation Workforce

The Certificate in Real Estate Valuation (CREV) was established to address Singapore's declining valuation manpower pipeline. By creating a recognised professional certification pathway, SISV aims to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and professional practice in the real estate valuation sector.

The programme delivers applied, practitioner-led education that is aligned with professional valuation standards and Singapore's regulatory environment — complementing existing academic routes while offering a more affordable, locally relevant alternative to overseas accreditation.

Mission

Establish a recognised professional certification pathway for aspiring and practising valuers in Singapore.

Vision

Strengthen SISV's role as the national professional education leader in valuation training.

Value Proposition

CREV bridges the critical gap between academic learning and practice:

  • Practitioner-led instruction
  • Modular and flexible structure
  • Regulatory alignment with Singapore’s valuation framework
  • Industry credibility under SISV governance
  • Affordable compared to overseas accreditation routes
  • Evening & weekend scheduling for working professionals
  • Blended learning: in-person and online options
